Nothing beats a deep night’s sleep.
But in a world of chaos, quality sleep seems to be a luxury that only a few partake.
The most common directives given by instructors, per se, are: relax and breathe, count sheep, quiet the mind or meditate.
Well, that’s easier said than done.
You have to find what works especially for you.
But until you try different strategies, you’ll never know.
Here’s what works for me:
- Turning my cell phone’s “do not disturb” mode on
- Playing my sleep music playlist
- Thinking about all the loveliness I’ve experienced
- Feeling the love on the deepest level
And voilà, I am out like a light.
